Course Topics
  • How can I still enjoy holidays and special events?
  • What tips do you have for helping me increase my activity level?
  • Do you know of some success stories from people who were diagnosed with diabetes and are really healthy now?
  • How can I support my spouse in managing his/her diabetes?

You can take each topic in any order you want. If you are new to type 2 diabetes, you might choose to start at the beginning and move to the end. But, if you have a particular need, you might want to jump to that area of the course first. For example, if you are new to testing blood sugar and need some tips and suggestions, then go right the Blood Sugar Management topic.
